When you register to be a 2023 Great Stride’s Strider, you are helping to raise awareness of what it is like to live with cystic fibrosis and the challenges that are faced each and every day. Your fundraising efforts mean we can deliver our 20+ support services ranging from emergency financial assistance, social connection, advocacy and vital equipment.

Set Up a Workplace Team
Taking part as a workplace team is a great way to encourage team building, promote health and wellbeing amongst staff, raise corporate visibility within the community and build close connections with clients and supporters!
Ask your colleagues, clients and suppliers to walk or run with you to help support people living with CF. Creating a team is easy and teams can be as big or as small as you like.
Simply create a fundraising team when you register for an in person event or the virtual challenge.

Join Us Virtually
This year you have the option to join us in person or virtually
You can still raise funds for people living with CF, if you can not attend in person on the day of the event. Great Strides is happening virtually from September 1 through to September 30 to raise funds for people living with CF.
You might commit to being a walker, skater or bike rider for 1 hour a day, or you might decide to do a one off activity… it really is up to you!
What we want is for our community and beyond to find a route, track, side street, foreshore or backyard to get active and involved with an activity that raises money for CF!
